I've heard people say - "What I don't know cannot bother me"
I think that's not necessarily true. I would like to make some rearrangements to that phrase and make it more elaborate.

- What we know, we know pleases/bothers us.
- What we know, we don't know scares us.
- What we don't know, we don't know does not bother us.
