So now the terrorist will think, “hmm I achieved all that I came for, so no more attacks anymore.” I think the gang must have been one put up by some corporates. Some clothing apparel company had loads of black and white clothes in stock and wanted to get rid of the stock so they hired guys to go on a killing spree and then they floated messages for everyone to wear black and white clothes. Then I guess some political party also must have been involved because they wanted the chief minister and home minister to resign. Well, mission achieved. Are we that naïve or are we plain stupid?
Honestly. The only reason the attacks happened is because we did not do our jobs. Why blame someone else. Some guys whose job was to man the sea did not hence these guys got in. some customs official who was supposed to check the luggage did not hence the weapons got in. we encourage some people. And all of us also fail to do our jobs. Be it throwing the garbage all over the places, spitting all over, littering the city, breaking traffic rules, stealing government property. We tolerate hardliners who divide us on the basis of religion because we say as long as we are not affected who cares.
I read that some bloke from Mumbai wrote a stinging letter to the OM. Lol. Yes and now all our problems are solved. I see all the news channels go on and on about the attack. Show us sad stories of people who died. Do they know that there are more people dying of various other diseases and corruption and various other reasons that they don’t think important enough to cover? Let’s not just sit and complain that we don’t have politicians to choose from. If you don’t have a choice, then go be one. When no one cooks for you what do you do? Starve? No you go and cook for yourself. Do the same here.
Let’s not expect any immediate change. I mean for 60 years we been used to this nonsense and its probably going to take us another 60 before we can change anything completely. We need to plant the seeds, we may not get shelter from the trees or enjoy its fruit in our lifetime but the next generation may. Its worth it.
